Welcome to Casa Rietsch. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, designed to ensure safety, comfort, and the best possible experience for all our guests.

2. Bookings & General Requirements

  • Identification: At check-in, official identification documents for all guests may be requested in compliance with Portuguese legal obligations.

  • Arrival Information: Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

3. Check-in & Check-out Schedule

  • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)

  • Check-out: Until 11:00 (11:00 AM)

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival or no-shows are subject to the terms applicable to the booked rate.

5. House Rules & Quiet Hours

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following rules:

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the interior of the property.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Parties & Events: Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00.

6. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children: Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Baby Cots: Available upon request, subject to availability.

  • Extra Beds: Available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

7. Damages & Guest Liability

  • Guests agree to treat Casa Rietsch’s facilities and equipment with care and respect.

  • Any damages, breakdowns, or losses caused to the property due to negligence or failure to comply with house rules must be reported immediately and may be charged to the responsible guest.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Complaints & Applicable Law
